They launched their native flagship servicing app two years ago and have been scaling it ever since, and it has won a number of awards, including the prestigious JD Power Best Mobile Banking App 2017 & 2018. Prior to mobile, Stacey worked in various engineering organizations as delivery and program lead. She has a master's degree in systems engineering, and she has spoken at a number of conferences on large-scale mobile delivery.
