Stacey Yan
As enterprise mobile program lead at Capital One, Stacey Yan spent the last four years building and scaling their mobile platform with her mobile team. They launched their native flagship servicing app two years ago and have been scaling it ever since, and it has won a number of awards, including the prestigious JD Power Best Mobile Banking App 2017 & 2018. Prior to mobile, Stacey worked in various engineering organizations as delivery and program lead. She has a master's degree in systems engineering, and she has spoken at a number of conferences on large-scale mobile delivery. What is most rewarding to her is the opportunity to work with a team of talented people who trust and respect one another, care about shipping great digital products, and always look for a better way to deliver.
