Presented by:

Creating an agile culture of quality goes deeper then implementing agile practices, doing Scrum, DevOps, etc. When I joined WHMCS, they had no formal QA processes or practices - siloed development, and a ten year old legacy codebase they were struggling to maintain and evolve. Instead of creating a QA Department, we built QA/QA/QE practices into how we worked as an engineering department. This case study will look at the practical steps we took to build a culture of quality within WHMCS Engineering and highlight concrete steps you can take in your department to shape the culture of quality at your company.
