Cody Pike has spent his 15 year career assuring quality for companies that range in size from local startups to Fortune 500. He has served as a Manual Tester, Automation Engineer, QA Manager, Engineering Manager, and Product Owner. Wearing many hats at many places has provided Cody with a unique and holistic view of what "quality" means throughout companies and in the eyes of the stakeholders. Through these experiences, Cody has discovered a love for the QA discipline and the satisfaction that comes with implementing Quality Assurance teams from scratch. Cody is currently at Enerflo where he has been building the department while writing automation, release testing, hosting rituals, and increasing test coverage throughout the platform.
