AIRPORT

The Orlando International Airport (airport code MCO), is conveniently located less than 12 minutes from the Rosen Centre Hotel. If you have never been to this airport before, they do offer some tips for getting around MCO. 

TRAVELING FROM OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?

If you are traveling internationally (including Canada and Mexico), you must present a valid machine-readable passport at the U.S. port of entry to enter the U.S. Please plan in advance to make this process as smooth as possible. You should check your passport expiration date to ensure you have ample time to get the required documents you need. Your passport must be valid for 6 months from your day of arrival. If you need a VISA letter, you must first purchase your ticket to the conference. Once you’ve done that, please send an email to: cl[email protected] and we will send you details of what we need to provide you with a VISA letter.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION FROM THE ORLANDO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (MCO)

Shuttles: For a convenient and affordable transfer between Orlando International Airport and your hotel, Mears Motor Shuttle is an affordable option.

• Book through the Mears Motor Shuttle website or call them at 1-800-759-5219 (note: please call at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled flight time)
• Pick-up area for the Mears Motor Shuttle at the airport us on on Level 1.

Ride Share: Several companies offer Ride Share services (such as Uber or Lyft) at the Orlando International Airport. 

• Drop-Off: All ride sharing providers may drop passengers on the Departures curb (Level 3).
• Pick-Up: All ride sharing providers may pick-up passengers at the ends of the Arrivals curb (Level 2)

Rental Cars: Orlando car rentals offer a convenient means of transportation during your stay. Click here for more information on car rentals. Hotel guests receive complimentary parking. For local commuters, there is a $25 daily self-parking rate and $35 valet parking rate.
