Anne Rena is a Technology Manager at State Farm with 22 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry. She currently leads 2 development teams, totaling 26 people, across 2 different states. During her career she has worked in many roles on both the business and IT side - analyst, first line leader, and second line leader. For the past 2 years, she has been instrumental in co-leading the integration testing, end-to-end testing, and build work for a new life and annuity platform. She is a continuous learner and holds the following designations/degrees: CISM, MBA, PMP, CPCU, CLU, ChFC, FLMI, and AAPA.
