Madhumita Das, who goes by Madhu, is very passionate about QA. She started her lifelong commitment to the software industry in 1995 as a software developer and moved to the QA arena in 1998. For over two decades now, she has worked in a variety of roles including developer, tester, manager and agile enabler that covered various aspects of testing such as automation, functional, performance, security, accessibility testing and QA dash-boarding. She has managed small and large teams and made her foray into the word of off-shoring in 2007. She has worked with companies such as Century Link, Pearson and is now AVP, QA at the financial company Great West Financial Empower Retirement. She lives in Highlands Ranch, CO with her husband and teenage daughter.
