Special Hotel Rates for STAREAST Attendees
The conference hotel room block at the Rosen Centre Hotel is now closed. However, we have two alternate hotel options for your convenience:
- Residence Inn SeaWorld - we have negotiated a discounted room rate at this nearby hotel of $124/night for a standard room for STAREAST attendees. However, you must reserve your room by Monday, May 1. Rooms may be available after this date based on space and rate availability. One benefit of choosing the Residence Inn SeaWorld for your stay is that there will be complimentary morning and afternoon shuttle service provided to the conference at the Rosen Centre Hotel. Exact shuttle times are TBD.
- Easily find available rooms at nearby hotels using websites like Kayak.com – this site searches multiple travel sites such as Hotels.com, Priceline, Expedia, Travelocity, Hotwire, eDreams, Booking.com, and Orbitz so you get the best possible rate. A tip when searching for a hotel room on these sites: set the location as Rosen Centre Hotel (9840 International Dr, Orlando, FL 32819) —you can set your distance from .2-1 mile)—to get the closest nearby available option.
