Cynthia Gilmer leads the Enterprise Business Transformation practice at MITRE Corporation. Cindy has broad experience in technology, innovation management, new product development, and business process improvement in government, software, telecommunications, and information technology sectors. She has served in executive and senior management positions across many disciplines including technology, marketing, operations, and product management. Prior to joining MITRE, Cindy ran her own consulting company for ten years specializing in innovation management and new product/service development. She serves as an adjunct professor in the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business where she teaches product development and innovation in the MBA program.
