Accelerating Mobile Delivery in a Mobile First World

Frank is the CTO of Kobiton. Before joining Kobiton, he was co-founder and CEO of Skroot, a marketing software company. He has been an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the Advanced Technology Development Center (ATDC), a startup accelerator that helps launch Georgia-based technology startups. Prior to ATDC Moyer was President and CEO of GeoIQ, a provider of geospatial analytics software for US government and commercial markets, that was acquired by ESRI. Frank graduated from Columbia University.
