Michelle DeCarlo is Senior Vice President, Technology Enterprise Delivery Practices for Lincoln Financial Group. She is responsible for transformational and delivery management functions within Technology including the Agile and DevOps, Digital Portfolio Management, Continuous Improvement, Quality Engineering and Release Management practices, Strategic Partners and the CIO’s Technology Management Office. Michelle has more than 25 years of Technology experience. In December 2017, CIO and CIO Executive Council named Michelle “One to Watch” – an industry award that signifies she is a “rising star in the technology field.” Michelle is known for her innovation, collaboration and being a respectful challenger to the status quo. Prior to joining Lincoln, Michelle was Vice President, Infrastructure Resiliency and Recoverability for Capital One. Before that she led their transformational efforts with Agile and Quality Engineering. She has also held Technology leadership roles with JP Morgan Chase and AT&T. Michelle holds an MBA and Bachelor’s degree from Temple University and has earned an Executive Leadership certification from the Wharton School of Business.
