Lisa Maurer is an agile coach within State Farm’s Enterprise Technology Continuous Delivery Dojo. She works with teams and leadership in a dedicated location to make incremental, ongoing improvements to become self-organizing and self-managing in their agile implementation. Lisa specializes in cultural transformation through participatory, human-centered approaches to change and team development. She coaches teams in an immersive experiential learning environment to help them act into a new way of thinking. She is a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC4), Certified ScrumMaster and certified LEGO SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator. Lisa is also a professional member of the National Speakers Association and sits on the board of directors for the Arizona chapter.
