The earlier a QA practitioner can truly get involved, the bigger the overall impact. This session will talk about how to look at quality for an earlier, higher impact on quality both before and after development and how we can work within more cohesive teams to product better, higher quality software faster….and show a higher value to quality-focused roles.
Lyndsey Byblow is an IT professional and lifelong QA at heart with almost 25 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Software Delivery in various roles, establishing IT-wide quality and team strategies, processes, and best practices from the ground up. Through out her career no matter what role, she is passionate about QA and Quality software delivery, as well as coaching/mentoring the next generation of QA/software practitioners. Currently Lyndsey is privileged to work with many large key customers at Tricentis and help enable other colleagues on the considerations, hurdles, and importance of software quality, and be an advocate for our customers.
