As the Vice President of Application Platform Engineering and Testing Strategy, Chuck Schneider focuses on: providing strategic direction and engineering development to automate the development of software through continuous integration practices, shift Cerner to cloud based products, advancing software testing strategy and improving quality across Cerner’s products.

Chuck joined Cerner Corporation in 1996 as a software engineer. He was instrumental in creating the medication closed loop process which processes billions of orders annually, establishing Cerner’s mobility applications and advancing the Cerner testing ecosystem.

He has also filed 12 patents in the area of healthcare software.

Chuck is a graduate of Iowa State University and has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management Information Systems.
