In the Digital Reimagination™ era, organizations need to continuously transform, evolve and stay relevant to their customers. IDC

Jim Westcott is a Research Manager for the Canadian Digital Transformation: Application and Professional Services program. In this role Jim manages IDC's research on enterprise applications and application services. Jim also manages the Canadian Small and medium business market overview report series, which addresses SMB trends and sizing within the Canadian IT industry. Prior to joining the IDC Canada team, Jim Westcott earned a Bachelor degree from the University of Toronto. Jim also holds a post-graduate diploma in applied research design and methodology.
 

Rogers Communications

Razia Moolla is the VP for IT Shared Services at Rogers Communications. Razia is responsible for QA & Testing, PMO, Release Management and Test Environment Management function. In her previous role at Sprint, she was responsible for the IT testing organization delivering various facets of Testing in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Razia has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry and played different roles in leading global organizations. She is passionate about driving improvements which bridges the gap between IT and Business. Razia is focused on driving innovation in the areas of Test Optimization, Shift Left, Agile, DevOps.

Kirpal leads TCS' Assurance Services practice in Canada.  With over 15 years experience, he has successfully completed assurance strategy and process consulting engagements for global customers. He has helped many large organizations align their QA strategy to the changing needs of business and the marketplace.
