Furthermore, it is uncommon to find an individual who possesses strong technical and organizational leadership capabilities. AshLea Allberry shares her experience with unique teams and her efforts to find a uniform answer to team structure and management. AshLea describes her experience managing creatives, their greatest strengths and their deepest complexities. Once she covers the foundation and teams are understood, AshLea explains utilization measurements and how to balance the need for metrics while still maintaining a flexible and fun environment. AshLea Allberry is an information technology leader and vice president of operations for Nanonation, Inc., a software product company focusing on digital experiences within public spaces. AshLea manages software development, design, and quality assurance teams. Previously, AshLea was part of the executive team with a software services company, where she focused on development of rural outsourcing centers, marketing, human resources, and public relations. Outside work, AshLea is co-founder of two organizations focused on women in business and community in Lincoln, Nebraska. AshLea is an ASTQB Certified Tester—Foundation Level.
