Howard Deiner

A principal agile coach for BigVisible, Howard Deiner transforms organizations by working everywhere from boardrooms to the project rooms. Howard has a varied background spanning thirty-eight years in the industry with extensive domain knowledge in commercial software, aerospace, and financial services. He has played many of the roles in development, including developer, analyst, team lead, architect, and project manager. Howard has dabbled in the executive office and wears the battle scars of the dotcom revolution proudly. He has educated, mentored, and coached dozens of teams, making agile and lean principles come to life in many settings.
