Anthony Oliver is the Director of the Centralized Testing Organization at Northwestern Mutual. His organization is accountable for all Functional and Non-Functional Testing as well as Non-production Data Management and Non-production Environment Management, inclusive of Software Configuration management. Some of the biggest changes currently happening at Northwestern Mutual are moving away from the typical Waterfall approach to a more Agile environment, leveraging SCRUM and other methodologies. This has an impact on the way his organization is dealing with their resources being Centralized but operating in a decentralized way of where resources are doing the work. He has delivered many large Corporate projects from Financial Planning Systems, Illustration Systems through CRM as Developer Manager and Director and currently accountable for all Software QA related operations, which includes Security, Mobile and Infrastructure Testing.
