Working in corporate America can be traumatic for us women, especially for us black women, but even more exhausting as a black female leader in the tech space. We are not welcome but don't know that we are not, and we trust our intelligence, talents, and gifts to open doors for us. It is doable, but it is taxing, toxic and traumatizing to our mental health. You will be able to recognize and will take away: Patterns to recognize microaggressions in the tech space. Understand the impact of trauma on black women. Create a culture of inclusion to grow your diverse tech team. Prepare the next generation of women engineers and leaders for the workforce. Provide real and tangible solutions to tech leaders.
