Exploring Inclusion: Personas, Accessibility, and Meeting User Need

Inclusive design and unified design systems are the best ways to ensure applications are inclusive to all users from their inception. But how do you test for inclusion, and where do you start? Meeting the needs of all your users may seem like a daunting task, but it doesn't have to be. Using personas and leaning on our knowledge of exploratory testing techniques, we can start to create testing experiences that help ensure we're truly meeting the needs of all our users. Jenna Charlton will discuss barriers that impact your user experience, exploratory testing techniques for accessibility and inclusion, how to craft meaningful personas that give a full view into your user, and what it means to be truly accessible.
