Chris is a director at MetLife who has over 20 years IT experience in a wide range companies, from start-ups to multi-billion dollar organizations and in many industry verticals. Chris has led multiple, large-scale IT implementation and transformation efforts including organizational redesign, legacy re-platforming, IT process re-engineering, key strategic partnerships, and wide-ranging cost saving efforts. Chris’s change-driven leadership across all phases of the delivery lifecycle has instilled a unique perspective on the essential needs and requirements of stakeholders in every project phase and transition. In addition, he’s directed architecture, analysis, development, QA and infrastructure organizations.
