Iris Trout is a quality and process transformation expert with more than thirty years of experience. Iris got her start in the quality arena at First Fidelity Bank (now Wells Fargo) where Iris began to understand the importance of standardized process and its impact on the bottom line. Most recently, Iris has been responsible for managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance systems and activities at TD Bank. Iris is a certified CMM Lead Assessor, Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean SS, Certified ISTQB Test Manager, and ITIL.
