His experience in software verification and validation services includes establishing a Testing Center of Excellence for a Fortune 500 financial organization.

Prasad MK is the North America assurance practice manager for the assurance services unit at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). He is responsible for assurance solutions and consultancy for telecom, media, and hi-tech industry verticals. Prior to this he worked with various global organizations to strategize customer experience testing and QA & Testing approaches for large digital transformation programs.
