Pradeep Soundararajan co-founded Moolya, a company that specializes in exploratory testing and context-driven test approaches while doing automation the best way it can be done. His journey has taken him from a tester to an independent consultant (without work) to an independent consultant (with loads of work) to a mentor to a businessman (with loads of work, of course), while continuing as a hands-on tester. Pradeep facilitates his colleagues to do awesome testing and is working toward creative solutions to change the way people test software.
