Dr. Suzette Johnson serves Northrop Grumman’s Space Systems sector as a Northrop Grumman Fellow, Lean-Agile and Technical Fellow Emeritus. Suzette works across the organization and in concert with the divisions and business units to support programs and functions in the adoption and implementation of Lean-Agile principles, processes, and digital capabilities. As a Certified Agile Enterprise Coach and Scaled Agile Program Consultant Trainer, she has an interest and passion for driving Lean-Agile adoption to achieve business outcomes. As an Agile Transformation Lead with nearly 20 years’ experience, she has led large-scale Lean-Agile implementations from programs to enterprise level (90k+ employees, domestic and international). She has worked with more than 100 Northrop Grumman internal, Federal, and Department of Defense programs, domestically and international, supporting the adoption of Lean-Agile principles and has trained and coached more than 4,000 individuals from team to executive level.
