Effective “CommuniQAtion” when Dealing with Multiple Audiences

Presented by:
SmartBear Logo

As the world continues to “go digital” and people increasingly define themselves as “metrics-driven,” storytelling, in its most classic form, may be seen as a dying art. Software testers can’t afford to let that happen. Uncovering and effectively communicating powerful stories is one of a testers’ greatest strengths—and one of an organization’s biggest assets.

Do you know the key components that make for a great story in order to effectively “communiQAte” with different personas and audiences? We’ll also share some potential issues and pitfalls to avoid, common story goldmines, and how to incorporate metrics that management loves.

Join this session to learn:

  • The importance of knowing your audience
  • How to communicate impactful testing concepts
  • Strategies for collaborating with key stakeholders
