Meera is the head of Quality Engineering at Tavant and her passion is helping organizations transform their business through technology. She has spent the majority of her career in software development and testing, gaining experience in areas such as, test governance, Intelligent test solutions, and establishing testing centers of excellence. She has been pivotal in building the testing function at Tavant from the ground up and weaving ‘automation’ in its testing DNA.
Meera has seen software testing evolve from an ad hoc activity to a streamlined process. As the technology advances and windows of opportunity become shorter, the rigor and quality expected from software is constantly growing. In view of this, she believes testing requires newer approaches, tools and above all, a focus, never expected before.
