Michael is a functional expert in manual and automated software testing techniques; and has a proven track record of successfully leading QA organization transformations, managed services, offshoring and outsourcing initiatives. Recognitions include the 2011 HP Software Award of Excellence Americas - People's Choice, the 2009 HP Software Award of Excellence for IT Transformation, and the Quality Leadership Executive of the Year Award in 2006. Michael is actively involved in the QA community, previously serving as the President of the Atlanta Quality Assurance Association (QLE Chapter).
