As a developer, a certified project manager (PMP), and a certified tester (ISTQB Full Advanced Level), Bernd Bornhausen has experienced the fun side of projects as well as the dark side. In all roles Bernd has held over the past fifteen years, including his current role as QA manager at the testing center of excellence at TD Insurance, he leverages his broad international experience to constantly improve the way development, test management, and testing are done and the skill sets of his employees, peers, and colleagues.
