Cliff Berg

Cliff Berg is a highly experienced IT transformation and enterprise agile coach and an active DevOps practitioner. A former CTO and co-founder of a startup that grew from two to 183 people in five years, Cliff has experience with all aspects of IT and business architecture, including enterprise, business, DevOps, information, security, and software architecture. He has authored four books and is an experienced speaker and meeting facilitator. Believing that to advise on agile transformation you have to be in touch with what teams are actually doing today, Cliff proactively maintains hands-on experience with the most current tools and methods.
