About the Instructor: 

Dawn Haynes
is a Senior Trainer and Consultant for PerfTestPlus, Inc. She has more than eleven years of experience in manual, functional, and performance testing of software systems on both Windows and UNIX platforms, and more than nine years of technical training experience, including course development and training management. Her career has included technical positions at companies like Xerox, IBM Rational Software, SoftBridge Microsystems, Ipswitch, Inc., John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company, and New England Medical Center. She is a contributing author of the book Quality Web Systems: Performance, Security & Usability. Dawn holds a BSBA in MIS from Northeastern University.
