Wayde Stallmann is an agile coach at Asynchrony Labs. He was a Java developer for fifteen years and realized it's more important to work together well rather than to just be a great individual performer. He spent a lot of time learning techniques to teach better and enhance team dynamics. Many of the lessons he learned were from improv theater. He's presented this particular workshop in England twice, in Portugal and India, and eight times across the US.
