Perry strives to bring new agile techniques and approaches to non-development teams as well (marketing and content creation teams). As a consultant, Perry has taught and coached agile in numerous companies. A frequent speaker on agile topics at international and local events, he co-founded, and still helps run, the Phoenix Scrum Users Group and the regional Agile Arizona conference.
