Al Wagner is an HCL Software Solution Architect and DevOps Enthusiast with more than twenty-five years of practical field experience in numerous development roles driving thought leadership, strategic initiatives, and tangible solutions around DevOps adoption. Focusing primarily on value stream management, deployment automation, and continuous testing, Al has practical knowledge of DevOps solutions having assisted, mentored, and enabled teams to help solve their IT challenges. He has spoken at numerous conferences around the world on software development – principles & techniques and authored/co-authored numerous papers and books including Application Release and Deployment For Dummies, Continuous Testing For Dummies, Service Virtualization For Dummies, and most recently contributed to Gary Rupp's "Driving DevOps with Value Stream Management".

Nick Mathison is a Product Manager at HCL Software DevOps, where he is responsible for value stream management solution HCL Accelerate. Previously, he was streamlining work from idea to value as a Value Stream Manager, through supporting the SDLC, coordinating between development teams, and improving internal DevOps initiatives.
