After finishing his undergraduate program in History Education, Lee pursued a career as a self taught technologist. Over the past 19 years he has enjoyed being a coder, team leader, DevOps transformation change agent, and now an executive. In 2018, he also founded Tekata.io and launched a tool that helps teams optimize hiring and training around team health and capability.
