In this session we will look at these essential components of Agile at Scale Program Management to successfully deliver large, complex solutions that entail both custom development and large, off-the-shelf COTS programs. Specifically, we will discuss the following topics:

2. Develop an understanding of how to link strategy to execution to ensure alignment
3. Understand how to develop the proper structure for the Portfolio & Program backlogs
4. Define Requirements Based on the Agile Hierarchy
5. Executing using the Solution Roadmap & PI Plan
