Dr. Gautham Pallapa is a Field CTO for Pivotal, where he works with enterprise customers to transform their people, processes, technologies, and culture. He has led several engineering and product teams through IT transformations and has worked with business leaders in various domains on their digital journeys. He is a Safe Agilist, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and an Agile Coach, and promotes lean experimentation, agility, and value streams. Dr. Pallapa has a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Arlington, where he focused on smart technologies for assisted healthcare and has won several awards, including the 2018 Tech Leader of the Year award from AIM Institute.
