Six Principles of Cloud DevOps At Scale

It can be easy to do cutting edge DevOps for small teams working on small scale project. Different problems start emerging when scaling DevOps processes and operations to multiple (somtimes distributed teams), complex deployments, multiple technologies from Kubernetes through instrances and serverless functions and critical production systems with millions of users being affected by each change. In this talk we'll cover some of what works and what doesn't when scaling DevOps, how to lay a good foundation which incorporates all stakeholders into the process and who exactly has the keys (to the cloud).
