A large-scale effort project with multiple teams decided to establish a transition in their development process from the traditional waterfall methodology towards agile development. Angela Mejeur has 20 years of software development and testing experience. She has led multiple joint government-industry software teams to include leading a team of over 40 software developers during a global pandemic. During this time, she transitioned her team from stove-piped individual teams to a matrixed agile organization supporting multiple projects. She stepped into a line leadership position while in a majorly remote state, developing and growing the workforce while also altering development processes and the way the program executes its business functions.
