Susan Brockley worked 28 years with ExxonMobil IT before retiring. Boredom and a passion for test and Quality Assurance brought her out of retirement to work again for ExxonMobil as an Independent Consultant. Susan has a Masters degree in Software Engineering, multiple quality and Agile certifications (CSQA with QAI since 2002, Certified Scrum Master since 2010, SAFe Agilist since 2018), and have spoken at numerous conferences (including STARCanada in 2017). She is currently enjoying coaching teams on Agile principles / practices with an emphasis on built-in quality.
