Reha Malik Gill is an experienced agile practitioner with seven years of agile experience and about eleven years of overall IT experience. She started her journey initially as a Sybase DBA, which she realized early on was not her domain, and changed gears into business analysis, project management, and, eventually, agile coaching full time. Known for her humorous and motivational techniques, Reha uses practical, illustrative exercises to train and teach. For those reasons, she likes to move between coaching and being a ScrumMaster to keep her war-story journal going. Reha has worked with a variety of different sectors, including finance, government, telecommunication, and application development. She has a master's in applied information systems and has a chain of certifications attached to her name, including SPC, CSP, ICP-ACC & ATF, A-CSM, SSM, ACP, and CSM.
