The Netflix Approach to Continuous Delivery

Add to calendar

Continuous delivery is the fuel that keeps the wheels of innovation turning. Without an ability to respond to customer needs efficiently, a business won’t thrive in today’s fast-paced world, because a customer’s alternative is a simple click away. Netflix has learned myriad lessons in its journey to increase member joy through the ability to rapidly, reliably, and safely deliver a wide range of software assets into multiple environments. By doing so, Netflix can regularly iterate its product by adding few features, fixing issues, and removing cruft; thus, it is always building what its members truly want. Andrew Glover will share Netflix’s journey with you in the hopes that you can apply their lessons learned to your own business and shape your view of continuous delivery.
